Guaranteeing that you will receive the item you have ordered is based upon stock availability and receiving guaranteed funds; this means that occasionally we may only have one item in stock and more than one person orders it, and that we will honor the first received guaranteed funded order. If we run out of stock we will contact you directly for approval to either back ordering the item, or to cancel your order and refund you your money. US Original Armory will not hold any orders that we have not received guaranteed funds for. Online inventory changes every day and occasionally an item may appear with a typographical mistake to the item's description. US Original Armory does not guarantee that title, descriptions, quantities or pictures on the website to be error-free. US Original Armory reserves the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description, price quantities, etc. In the event that this should occur we will not charge your card and contact you directly for further instructions. US Original Armory makes every attempt to ship your order within 1-3 days of receiving it, Monday thru Friday. However, sometimes order volume my extend those delivery times, if this occurs we will contract you directly to inform you why your order has not shipped in the 1-3 days and update you on the delivery status.
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All purchases made from US Original Armory website are made pursuant to a shipment contract, which means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier / shipper. You may contact us to upgrade the standard shipping that is provided; to include but not limited to insurance and special instructions, additional fees will be applied at that time. We only ship orders to physical address located within the United States. We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses. We ship from Arizona and shipments inside of Arizona will be accessed sales tax at 8.412% of the sale price.
SHIPPING OF FIREARMS
US Original Armory is a division of Triton Arms, LLC. All Firearms will be shipped through the Triton Arms, LLC FLL License. ALL FIREARMS must be shipped to a licensed FFL Dealer with adult signature required. It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase. It is your responsibility to select, notify and provide us with your FFL dealer's shipping and transfer information. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics
All other unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days. A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed on all returned items. Returns must be approved in advance by requesting from and submitting to US Original Armory a returns and repairs form. Please contact us at (928) 257-3832 to request a Return Authorization Form. If a manufacturing defect or workmanship error is present, please contact US Original Armory to discuss having the item repaired or replaced. Repair and/or replacement are subject to the manufacturer’s written warranty and their specific requirements. If you are not sure about or do not understand the warranty or approved replacement policies of any products on this website it is your responsibility to contact US Original Armory for this information before you place your order. PAYMENTS, PRICING & PROMOTIONS
OUR PRICES are cash purchase prices. A 3% transaction and processing fee will be applied to orders processed with a credit / debit card payment. You are responsible for payment for all orders placed through US Original Armory website. DO NOT place an order if you are not sure you want it. If you have any questions regarding the product you are ordering it is your responsibility to call us and ask before ordering. You can reach us at (928) 257-3832. Full payment is required on all orders prior to shipping. A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders with complete payment due prior to shipping. Orders paid with a credit or debit card will have the card charged when the order is processed, shipping charges will be added and charged when the order is shipped. If your payment does not go through, you will be contacted directly for further instruction. If we do not receive a payment / guaranteed funds within 3 business days of the order being placed the order will be considered cancelled. All checks returned due to insufficient funds will be charge a $50 processing fee and we will require that the order be paid in full by cash, wire transfer or cashier’s check. All pricing on US Original Armory website is subject to change at any time without notice. US Original Armory makes every attempt to display pricing accurately; however, we cannot confirm price of an item until your order is processed. If an item's description contains an error, such as an incorrect price, we will not process the order without first contacting you for further instructions. Re-Sale tax must be collected for all orders shipping inside the states of Arizona (8.412%). All sales tax is subject to change at any time. Re-sale tax is assessed accordingly to Arizona's states published re-sale tax rate. Any Promotions that US Original Armory provides is subject to change at any time for any reason and without notice.
